So you want to know how to learn to lucid dream? It’s not as hard as you might think, it’s actually rather fun! While the techniques described here might seem intensive and frustrating at times, you will finish with having a euphoric and ultimately hugely rewarding and life-changing experience.

Learning how to lucid dream is like learning anything else, if you put in the time and effort you will develop the ability to lucid dream over time. There is no magic secret that’s guarded by a secret order of monks high up a mountain. But there are a number of tried-and-tested methods that you can employ.

Within this blog you will be shown a number of different ways to lucid dream. It’s best to try as many of them out as you can and see what ones work for you. After all, our brains are all programmed differently and what might work for some may not work for you, but I guarantee at least one will!

Below I will begin to list a number of those techniques as I go just to get you started. There are likely more than 50 different ways to have lucid dreams but I will aim to have 50 by the end. I might start to stumble into repetition and overlap of techniques if I continue above 50 to begin with.
